My art “Freedom of Choice” fits perfectly into the theme “Contrast.” The city represented in my art is easily recognizable, as Dallas, Texas, as shown by the famous “Key-hole” building, the towering “Commerce” building, and the very reflective “Fountain Place,” all Dallas landmarks. However, except for the United States and Texas flags, all the other flags included in my art are unlikely to be found mounted on any buildings in Texas. You can live anywhere in the world, any state, or any city, but you don’t have to be a loyal fan of the teams of that area. You have the freedom to choice to be loyal to whatever sport teams you choose. In the case of my art, loyalty to the teams in Philadelphia is the choice of this work.
