Europe exists for many Americans as a fantasized destination, exemplifying a higher social status within our communities if you have actually been there. The variety of cultures found across our shared Atlantic Sea also represents a sense of refinement if learned and experienced. Europe has a longer history consisting of many more centuries than the US of wars, religion, food, language, fashion, political and economical unification and disruption, environmental and energy initiatives, scientific investigations, architecture, music and art.
