After summer, when the plants for which we tenderly care have given their all, and while we are enjoying the harvest of delicious plenty from our labor and the Earth’s bounty, there is one more wonderful display of Nature’s unending variety of expression — the colors of Fall.

“See how the autumn runs in fiery colours of red and gold
How the spring sways in melodies of green and hazy buds blooming
The rough wheat stalks, wholesome in all the grains
Rolled oats and honey
Running through fields of nature
The harvest, harvest is a song that leaps in the grace
Of the farmers and the children in assemblies
Gathering and putting together
The harvest
This is the harvest
At times of different seasons
Across the globe swirling in a midst of toil and feast
Oh, my harvest will come soon
When all of humanity is gathering in joy
A harvest and the child smiles in the golden sunshine
The elderly full of tranquility too
Everyone knows the harvest and is full of life
That is my harvest with my family of humans”
