The following sketches are an entry point for my artistic practice. A lot of my sentiments can be described as a gardener. I did these sketches from flowers that I grow and from “orphaned” plants I find on the side of the road. When thinking of a “harvest”, I think that flowering is what best represents my inspiration around the subject. It is what happens before plants go to seed and begin the process of regeneration again.
