These images depict the subconscious imagery affiliated with addiction.Each hat design shows the decay of the individual through the use of materials such as the black flowers in the one shot,shows the darkness of addiction. In the red silk crinkled hat that shows us the loss of passion for life . The last image with the netting overlay hat shows the many stages of addiction, as a layered process. Each design is my interpretation of addiction through use of color, texture and form.
