Tokyo (Midnight) is a fine art photo series that brings together twenty photographs, as well quotes and poems that describe the process of moving around and observing a city at night. The photos were taken in Tokyo between the hours of midnight and 3am over the past year.

I feel this work represents the theme by juxtaposing the serene, silent nature of the photos and the Japanese peoples dignity in the face of the recent Tsunami, with the competitive location of the images within Tokyo’s bustling dog eat dog financial district.
